Boot camp and all that mad stuff!
Just a cheeky little article about my latest 'train like a woman' method. I am bemused by the title they gave this article "Boot camp and all that mad stuff! I think Boot camp is amazing and certainly has it's place in shaping bodies', but I do believe as women we need to take our training that one step further. Strong is the new sexy and to get there you gotta do strength training. It revs up your metabolism and is KEY to shaping your body and long term weight loss.
Our bodies are so unique and special and entirely different to men's bodies. Therefore we need to train differently to men.
